Ovinsa is in early access. By joining the waitlist or using the product, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short and readable — no fine print written to be skipped.
01 Who we are
Ovinsa ("Ovinsa," "we," "us," or "our") is a trip-planning service operated by Calgie LLC. It builds flights, stays, and day-by-day itineraries based on the details you give us. These terms govern your access to our website, the waitlist, and the Ovinsa app once it opens. If you use Ovinsa on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
02The waitlist & early access
Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line for early access. It does not create an account or guarantee a launch date. We may invite people off the waitlist in batches, and your position can move as others share their invite links.
- You must give a valid email address you control.
- One person should not join repeatedly to game queue position.
- We may remove entries that look automated, abusive, or that violate these terms.
- Invitations are personal to you and may carry an expiry; we may adjust or withdraw early-access offers as we build.
03 Using Ovinsa
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use Ovinsa. When the product opens, you agree to use it for planning real travel and to keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for the accuracy of the trip details you enter — budgets, dates, and traveler counts shape the plans we generate.
04Plans, prices & bookings
Ovinsa surfaces estimated prices and hours that update frequently, but travel inventory changes fast. Prices, availability, and opening times shown in a plan are estimates, not guarantees. Always confirm details with the airline, hotel, or venue before you book or rely on them.
05 Your content
The trip details, preferences, and notes you add stay yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process them so we can build, operate, and improve your plans and the service. We don't sell your itineraries, and we don't share them except as described in our Privacy Policy.
06 Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our plans or pricing data.
- Don't use Ovinsa for anything unlawful or to harm others.
- Don't misrepresent your identity or infringe anyone's rights.
07 Intellectual property
Ovinsa, its name, logo, software, and the design of the plans and interface are owned by Calgie LLCand protected by intellectual- property laws. These terms don't transfer any of our rights to you; we grant only a personal, non-transferable right to use the service as permitted here.
08Availability & changes
Because Ovinsa is early access, features can change, pause, or disappear while we build, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms as the product matures; if changes are material, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Ovinsa after a change means you accept the updated terms.
09Disclaimers & liability
Ovinsa is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, during early access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calgie LLC is not liable for travel decisions made on the basis of estimated information, for losses arising from third-party providers, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that aren't resolved informally, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
